With the kit, you can comfortably use your camera while hiking, snorkelling, on roller coasters and for plenty of other indoor and outdoor activities. The headband can be used on a helmet or directly on your head. The clip mounts on the headband or can be removed to attach your camera to a baseball cap, backpack belt or similar.
